Each team must open its own venue.
For the occasion, he/she must offer the guests 2 cocktails: one alcoholic and one non-alcoholic.
The teams will be evaluated based on creativity, team work, optimization of resources and the goodness of the cocktails.
The sum of these criteria’s scores will determine a final score.
The team with the highest score wins!
Materials will be provided (shaker, boston, knives, straws, etc.) e basic ingredients (distillates, fruit juices, etc.) to make cocktails.
Teams will have credits to buy ingredients and products.
